UX DESIGNER & RESEARCHER

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in sociology from the Higher School of Economics in Bydgoszcz. I then expanded this knowledge in my master's studies at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, but without approaching to defend my master's diploma. My specialization in sociology is media, social communication and public opinion. From the university I gained knowledge of research processes, the ability to analyze human behavior, the basics of psychology and logic. All this lay at the basis of later professional activities, which were always focused on the other person.

For overall work I received the Photojournalist of the Year 2016 award from the Polish Association of Photojournalists. I was nominated seven times for the Grand Press Photo award and won
it twice. I have participated in many group and solo exhibitions
at home and abroad. I gain experience in designing and self-publishing my two books (2014, 2017) and significant experience working in and with the media. During this time, I independently organized my own work, managed my time and planned my own personal growth. I was constantly looking for inspiration and ways to make my own ideas come to life. I learned how to look for
out-of-the-box solutions that would stand out among others.

I am the founder of Street Photo Poland, a free educational
initiative
promoting street photography in Poland and abroad.
I independently performed the tasks of project manager, taking
care of the development of the project for 1.5 years. I not only
raised funds for it, but also invited foreign authorities in this field and organized free meetings and workshops for participants.
I created a website to archive interviews with Polish photographers that I conducted myself.

Diplomatic Protocol is all about working under pressure and the necessity of perfect organization with pinpoint precision. When planning and executing visits at the Presidential level, you need
to demonstrate your skills of diplomacy, persuasion, foresight and quick response to sudden events. I was responsible for organizing both incoming foreign visits of highly ranked political figures.
I was also in constant cooperation with the Embassies of the Republic of Poland in other countries, as well as with the Embassies of foreign countries based in Warsaw. This chapter of my career gave me experience in government administration and knowledge of its processes.
